Do You Operate or Fund the 211 Call Centers?

MdInfoNet does not operate 211 call centers and does not fully fund their operations. The call centers are independent nonprofit partners.

However, MdInfoNet does:

• Coordinate the 211 network.
• Ensure system consistency.
• Facilitate funding through pass-through or contractual arrangements​.
